1. Overview & Commitment

Design Wolf Studio (“Design Wolf”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Bespoken Digital Services, provides fashion incubation, apparel product engineering, and collaborative client workspaces. We are committed to protecting the privacy of founders, clients, and visitors who interact with our front door intake, schedule working sessions, or access client workspaces at designwolfstudio.com.

2. Google Calendar Integration & Google API Disclosures

Design Wolf integrates with the Google Calendar API solely to facilitate the automated scheduling and management of founder incubation workshops and working sessions.

A. Scopes Requested & Functional Purpose

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.freebusy — Used strictly to check calendar availability (busy time intervals) on the Studio calendar during candidate time windows, ensuring that founders can only book open, non-conflicting time slots.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — Used strictly to create confirmed workshop appointments on the Studio calendar, generate accompanying Google Meet video conference links, update rescheduled sessions, and add the client’s supplied contact email as an event attendee to dispatch session invitations.

B. What Calendar Data Is Accessed & Stored

Design Wolf accesses only the start and end timestamps of busy blocks required to determine availability, and the metadata of events created by Design Wolf itself. Design Wolf does not read, inspect, parse, or collect the titles, descriptions, personal notes, or attendee details of any existing private or external events on your calendar.

We persist only operational workshop booking metadata in our secured application database: booking identifier, session start and end timestamps, session timezone, session mode (Remote Online or Studio In-Person), Google Meet video link, Google Calendar event identifier, and the client-provided contact details.

C. Google User Data Protection & Non-Sale Commitment

  • No Sale of Google User Data: Google user data is never sold, leased, rented, or traded to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
  • No Advertising or Profiling: Google Calendar data is never used for serving advertisements, retargeting, or automated profiling.
  • No AI/ML Model Training: Google user data accessed via Google Calendar APIs is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Limited Use Compliance: Design Wolf’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
