1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing designwolfstudio.com, submitting founder intake briefs, scheduling working sessions, or utilizing Design Wolf client workspaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Design Wolf Services & Workspaces

Design Wolf Studio, operated by Bespoken Digital Services, provides high-precision fashion design incubation, digital pattern engineering, technical techpack authoring, sample development advisory, and dedicated digital client workspaces. Specific scope milestones, deliverables, and commercial engagements are governed by individual scope approval records confirmed within the workspace.

3. Workshop & Session Bookings

• Real-Time Availability: Working session slots are offered subject to real-time calendar availability and scheduling policies.
• Access Credentials: Session access links, Google Meet URLs, and workspace tokens issued upon booking are strictly for the designated founder and authorized project team members.
• Accurate Information: Founders agree to provide accurate brand, contact, and product details during intake and booking.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that startup timelines evolve. Working sessions may be rescheduled through the self-service booking link or by contacting our studio team:

• Notice Period: Requests to reschedule should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
• Calendar Synchronization: When a session is rescheduled, the original calendar reservation is released and the new confirmed time is updated across Google Calendar and notification channels.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

• Client Property: Clients retain 100% ownership of all pre-existing trademarks, moodboards, proprietary sketches, brand concepts, and assets uploaded to Design Wolf.
• Commissioned Deliverables: Custom techpacks, pattern files, spec sheets, and production artifacts authored specifically for the client upon approved scope and settlement of agreed commercial invoices become the exclusive property of the client.
• Studio Tooling & Methodologies: Design Wolf retains all right, title, and interest in its proprietary software platform, intake workflows, design frameworks, standard pattern blocks, and studio tools.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, probe security vulnerabilities, or interfere with system availability.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or unauthorized third-party proprietary materials.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

Design Wolf platform features, calendar integrations, and digital workspaces are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for continuous service reliability, we do not warrant that platform operations or third-party integrations (e.g., Google Calendar, WhatsApp) will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Wolf Studio, Bespoken Digital Services, and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform or delay in service delivery.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
